Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center- Foxboro, MA
Complete overhaul of heating & cooling systems. Installation of 4 York RTU packages, 1 LG mini-split unit with associated electrical wiring and addition of roof drains.

Chestnut Street Complex Renovations-Newton,MA
Completed interior building renovation by the contractor to fit out for office spaces. Our focus was renovating and upgrading bathrooms, elevator pits, and HVAC equipment. Plumbing was installed from the underground upgrade all the way up to full replacement of all fixtures. Oil separators were needed for the elevator sumps. Complete installation of 8 furnaces, condensers, refrigeration lines and all associated duct work were installed as the new heating and cooling system for the building.
